top reasons cotto will not win- cotto is a southpaw whom fights conventional stance his right hand sux , which is precisley the punch that will beat pacyow, oscar and hatton were both southpaws as well that fought out of the conventional stance, roach knows this thats why they took this fight sytylistically it favors pacyow.2.cotto has slowed down and is getting hit much more since the margarito loss, hes not the same killer he was, he cuts easily. 3. cotto doesnt have the stamina to beat pacyow cotto always tires out pac starts very fast, bad for cotto as he could get cut, and pac never fades down the stretch. morales and jmm were quick ring savvy right handed fighters which is definitley pacs ******nite,again team pac knows this thats why you will never see pac face mosley or floyd or even jmm again. expect pac to stand on cotto rigt side and do the same exact thing he did to oscar and hatton, only shot cotto has is if he corners pacyow and lands flush which i dont see happening.wont be a good fight designed to make pac look good before he retires pac and roach aint no fools they know who is who.

Paulie is a slick fast {feather hitter no quiter} puncher. went 12 rounds with BIG BAD COtto. Cotto won against a guy who couldnt hurt him big deal. He couldnt get Paulie out off there.
Pacquiao is 10times better than Paulie Faster Hits WAY HARDER {with KO Power} No way he stops Pacquiao. Pacquiao will KO Cotto.

You say Cotto will lose based on his last 3 performances... Hmmm Ok. That would be his fight against Margarito where he looked AWESOME until later in the fight (this fight is also controversial because Marg may have cheated). Yea, he lost so I'll give you the benefit of the doubt that he didn't look good. His next fight was with Michael Jennings which was a 1 sided attack until a 5th round stoppage. Then, Cotto's most recent fight, against Joshua Clottey was a hard-fought battle with Cotto dropping Clottey in the first rd (first time he was ever dropped I think, too) and Cotto then sustained a terrible cut over his eye, but STILL managed to fight through and win the S/D. I might add that he is a top 5 WW, a big one at that. And no fighter has ever really looked good against Clottey.

Pacquiao's last 3: A brutal KO of the 1 dimensional, nowhere-near-as-versital Ricky Hatton. I don't take anything away from that fight, Pac destroyed him. But Cotto is a much better boxer than Hatton, and if you don't think so then I believe you need to get your eyes checked.
De La Hoya: If you think he wasn't weight drained, and maybe age-drained then there is something wrong with you or you just don't know anything about boxing and cutting-weight. I think just about any of the top 15 WW's would have beat DLH that night. Still, pretty impressive.
Diaz: Really? Do I even need to write anything about him? I'd say he's around the same level as Michael Jennings. So those two can cancel each other out.

Based on those last 3 fights of both fighters, it would appear Cotto has had the more difficult ones. Cotto will be bigger on fight night, and is more skilled than any of the previous boxers Pac has fought around the JWW-WW range. So to say Pac is going to walk through him is absolutely ridiculous. To say Cotto will walk through Pac is ridiculous as well. This fight will be tough for both of them but neither can really be called the heavy favorite here.

I don't view the title that Cotto has is legit due to the opponent he won it from. But that aside, Pacquiao has turned this fight into a circus act by getting Cotto to come down to 145. So that means that there is a chance that Cotto's title won't be on the line huh? We've already got enough weight divisions.

thats what makes a good boxing matchup so nice....we don't know what will happen, we can all speculate and root for our fighters...lets just hope that boxing fans are the real winners on that night......should be a war regardless of whomever gets the victory!!!
