Look what happened to Duran. In no universe should Roberto Duran have fought Tommy Hearns at 154, as great as he is. Paul Williams is not a welterweight anymore, the guy should be fighting at 154 and/or 160. It's an unfair fight we all know Paul Williams will win. Manny most likely won't ever fight Margarito either, he is simply too big and too strong.
