I don't think Arum is keen on this fight happening. From the get go he's been against the idea I think he is just trying to put it off as Floyd's fault.

But at the same time, I think Cotto slowin down a notch somewhat evens out a fight between the two.
agreed.. he might aswell fight cotto though.. i mean hes been ducking black oponents his whole career, why stop now? we all know arum doesnt want pac in there with floyd. for the same reason he had pac fight david diaz instead of casamayor.. move up in weight rather than face guzman.. and never give raheem a fight even though he humiliated morales on the doubleheader meant to set up morales' rematch with pac..

I would rather see Floyd vs Pacquiao if he beats JMM and then see Cotto vs Clottey II, it was a great fight I would love to see it again.

As for the playing games, he can't keep going on about this 60/40 crap as if Mayweather is to blame... how can he say that Mayweather is to blame for wanting 60/40 and not 50/50 when Arum has said even more times that he wants 60/40 and not 50/50. If both are asking for 60/40 how is only one person to blame? Just wait until the JMM fight is finished and if Floyd wins start negotiations, cause that's all it is in my opinion... negotiations.

Look my **** up yourself. I said if Hatton can take the punch he's more than strong enough to hang with Paq. Get you're **** right, you ****** ass, lame ass, corny ass, Paq fan lol...I'VE BEEN saying if Hatton's chin holds up, he's more then strong enough to **** with Manny. But it wasn't, the guy gets rocked and shook the moment you sneeze on him...

In a Paq vs Cotto fight, I think Cotto has enough chin to hang with Paq, unlike Hatton. And in a Cotto vs Paq fight, Roach and Paq's scarey asses would also force a weight rule....all that is obviously in Paq's favor, but even in that case, Miguel isn't a Oscar De La Hoya. NOT JUST YET, anyways.. All in all, Miguel won't be cheated out of an offense, even in a Freddie Roach weight drain. I think Miguel's fresh enough to handle an atempt to make him weak. But at the same time, Miguel has obviously slowed down. If a Paq vs Cotto fight is ever to be made....it's to be made now. The timing is perfect. Roach can't entirely cheat Miguel, and this weaker version of Miguel still has enough to **** with Manny.

and arum told floyd to drop his 60-40 request, but wont drop his own.

45-45 and the victor gets the last 10

            simple

This is what i dont get about the whole Mayweather/Top rank or arum situation, I thought Arum wasnt too keen to let Cotto fight Mayweather??? But why has he been talking about Pacquiao fighting Mayweather but not Cotto???

the only time arum ever mentions cotto and mayweather is when he wants to say mayweather is ducking him, no negotiation claims, no fight offers, nothing. Only "floyd is a coward". You can get away with it if thats the consensus, and it is.

Look at some of the responses in this thread even, mayweather is "playing games" even though no negotiations have started, mayweather is in the middle of a camp preparing for a marquez showdown, and pac is on the sidelines. Think about the logic in that, nothing is going on here but a setup to blame mayweather for anything and everything.

****ing hell, Ronnie is the worst writer in the history of Boxingscene, the damn articles are sounding more and more obsessive. I predict Ronnie stalks and kills Pac-man some time in the next few years......... GET OFF PAC'S ****!!!!!!!!!!!

lol N*gga....MARGARITO CALLED YOU OUT TO YOUR FACE and Cotto was there to fight the wholeeee time. It's not like Cotto would have said "lets not fight Mayweather" lmao..

Floyd's a joke. lol I don't think I've ever seen a more clown of a athlete then Mayweather Jr.
                    You're a joke lil mexican.

Tony and Cotto conveniently forget Floyd's name after their fights.

Marge called Tony out to his face and Floyd told him "if you keep winning I'd love to beat you"

                    LOL
