Anybody accusing Mosley of ducking Cotto needs to have their head examined. You're gonna tell me that Mosley is afraid of this guy when he already fought him in his backyard and destroyed the guy who holds a crushing win over him? Doesn't add up. With that said, Shane's head isn't in the right place. He needs to realize that the only way he's gonna get the Ring belt at welter is to fight a rematch with Cotto. But he shouldn't have to fight him in MSG again. That would be bull**** if he did. The only leg Cotto has got to stand on in the location argument is what he draws at the gate. And that's only one factor. Shane has the more revered title belt from obliterating Margarito, and he didn't win his vacantly like Cotto did. He also didn't suffer a demoralizing loss to Cotto like some people on here claims he did.

Cotto is definitly a step back.In boxing you are only as good as your last fight.Cotto's last fight against a bum wasnt all that and before that he was beaten into submission by Margarito who Mosley just knocked out..Cotto is on a rebuilding exercise and at the moment Mosley shouldnt even fight Cotto.
