IMO, "Deserve" is a word that should not be associated with anybody who cheated.

Miguel Cotto Deserve a shot at Pacquiao and Floyd not Mosley
Paul Williams Deserve's a shot at Pacquiao and Floyd not Mosley
Timothy Bradley Deserve's a shot at Pacquiao and Floyd not Mosley

Those are the fighters that Deserve a big money fight with Pacquiao and Floyd not Mosley.
