Is that why I was cheering for Sanders when he was busy making Vitali run like a *****? I mean, the guy is about as black as they come, right? 'Cause he's from Sarf Ifrica, after all.
Go and see a doctor.

and why cant we discuss something a fighter says in the build up if
it could be relevant. personally it sounded like wladimir was saying
"i aint changing my style, even against an exciting fighter like haye"
And blaming the bros for the state of the division is getting old. It isn't their fault that nobody can challenge them. What are they supposed to do, stand there and take some shots when they don't have to. The name of the game is hit and not get hit. Hopefully Haye can be a challenge and make Wladdy fight. Stop blaming the bros and start blaming their competition, or better yet, get in the ring and do something about it...

Meanwhile, in the rational world, us true boxing fans who appreciate Wlad for the champ he is, as well as Haye for trying to bring recognition to the HW division, will simply accept that he (Haye) couldn't deliver on the night - much like Hatton - and will continue to support the sport of boxing, regardless of who steps up to the plate.
And hey, what happened to our mutual admiration for Sascha? You talk of some guy called Tor Hamer (never heard of him, myself), yet I'd be ecstatic to see Dimitrenko at the top of the division, regardless of who's there waiting for him - Haye or Wlad. You need to stop being so wrapped up in race and Klitschko fanaticism, and broaden your horizons on this great sport.

You being the instigator, of course, since you somehow cannot come to terms with anybody other than the name of Klitschko being on top.

I have some doubts about Dimitrenko. Although I think he's probably a good young heavyweight, I'm not really a fan of his.
Why would you be ecstatic to see a heavyweight like Dimitrenko, who lacks Vitali's toughness & warrior spirit as well as Wlad's brilliant technical skills & power, on top of the heavyweight division?
I am a fan of the other Alexander, namely Povetkin. He doesn't have one punch power and great technical skills, but he has the heart of a lion.Last edited by The Hammer; 05-22-2009, 10:37 AM.

The last time we saw speed in the Heavyweight division commensurate with that of Haye was when we witnessed a mid-eighties Mike Tyson become the youngest man in history to win a Heavyweight title. The guy was only 5'10 but because of his speed (mainly anyway) he could easily dispose of guys who were as tall as 6'4. Speed kills in the Heavyweight division and for that reason I am going for David Haye.
I really like his beautiful, blonde mother too.
