Is Pacquiao now going to cherry pick his opponents?

I give Pac nothing but credit for jumping up all these weight classes and winning all these titles. But now is he going to cherry pick his opponents like Mayweather? Roach says he does not want him to fight at 147 again, but he did it for DLH so why not Cotto or Mosley.

Roach even said prior to DLH bout that he could not pull the trigger and he would have to drain himself to get to 147 leaving him weak, which was true. I don't consider that a cherry pick becaue that was a huge leap from 135 to 147 which he had never done before, but now he seems like he will only take fights he knows he has the best chance of winning. Even Hatton was a pretty easy pick because he hasnt been the same since Mayweather,the speed advantage of pac and since he has no defense. Roach even said he would knock him out in 3 so he knew that would be an easy fight for Pac. I still love Pac but I can't put him up there with the top 10 ATG like some people think unless he fights tough fights like Mosley, Cotto, or Mayweather with no catch weight so it is even on both sides.

Which experts predicted tough fight in the Hatton fight? Roach does know how good his fighter is so why now all of the sudden is he trying to give him a huge advantage over everyone he fights? If he fights any of the 3 i mentioned at 140-144 then he has a huge advantage because they will end up like DLH all weight drained and weak.
