Also Arum and Roach may pick the fighters but they cant do anything until Pac signs them so he really decides who he fights.

Roach wants to do what is best for his fighter. He doesn't want Manny to get hurt and ruined by lack of judgment. Mosley, Cotto and Mayweather aren't even Manny's size. Would you give Manny more credit if he went down and cleared out 130, 135, 140 divisions and defended his titles until he retired or took a chance and fought the best at a catchweight that both parties agree to?
