BTW - Manny did not say no to extra drug testing. He accepted extra blood testing with a cutoff date and urine with no cutoff dates. It was a negotiation. Not a rule by the commissions. If it was then Manny would have complied.

I doubt it, lets be real, this was Pacquiao's doing.

Larry Holmes beat a faded Ali. It doesn't matter? Why? because they fought.
Everything needs to be taken into consideration. So of course it does matter.

Oh, here we go. Maybe you will listen to your hero Floyd
Here is a Floyd interview after Manny fought Bradley:
"I'm seeing something totally different in Pacquiao," Mayweather said.
Mayweather said he saw a much weaker Pacquiao April 12 in a decision win against Timothy Bradley than the one who stopped Miguel Cotto in the 12th round of a 2009 bout.
"I don't see the same pop in Pacquiao's shots -- me, myself, I don't see the same snap in his shots," Mayweather said before. "He's getting tired and he wasn't getting tired before. So, I mean, I'm seeing something totally different. Whereas me, I'm still sharp, I'm still smart, I'm not getting fatigued, I wasn't getting fatigued from the beginning.
"Those are the things that I see. I don't know if you guys see it but that's what I see."
............and I wasn't pleased with Manny's performance.
I don't know if Alex Ariza played a major role. When I sit back and I look, I look at Pacquiao vs. Bradley, and I've noticed that ever since Ariza has not been with Pacquiao anymore, there's been a total change in his power.

Now go into the future one year and these same people are forgetting all this and actually saying that Manny must be on PEDs then. Cool story.
Mosley vs Judah - 2008 (Cancelled)
More recently in 2008, according to ESPN.com, Zab Judah requested Sugar Shane Mosley to agree to blood testing before their non-title welterweight fight which had been scheduled for May 31 of that year in Las Vegas. However, the fight never happened because Golden Boy CEO, Richard Schaeffer, refused the Olympic-style drug testing requested by the Judah camp, stating, "Whatever tests they [the Nevada State Athletic Commission] want them to take, Shane will submit to that. [But] [B]We are not going to do other tests than the Nevada commission requires. The fact is, Shane is not a cheater and he does not need to be treated like one."

If they fight, the winner will get credit but like we have been telling you for the last little while, Floyd blew it. Why? See my other post above this one on what Floyd, yes Floyd says about 2014 version of Manny.

Shame really. He shouldn't have ducked a faded Mayweather over those drug tests. Agreed on all points.
Floyd's legs are not shot that he cannot move. Roach is exaggerating the point that Floyd doesn't move the same as he used to.
Yes, it works both ways. Whoever wins, both sides will say this. BUT having said all that, come May, it is still important to be the one who won the 2015 fight.

See it works both ways. but Floyd started it so he put the roadblock not Pac and arum. Pac and Arum just did not jump over it.
