They do when they are fighting other club fighters for them. Who besides JT has Froch fought? If you ask me every round up until round 7 JT had won. The man doesn't even know what deffense means period. Any fighter with stamina and a clear head would Ko this chump in the first 3 rounds. To me JT had trhe fight won in the 3rd but he didnt even attempt to finish the guy. I give Froch credit for hanging around but I blame JT more for not being mentally prepared and his usual fault his stamina. because he has the stamina issues in the back of his mind he didn't jump on this guy at the end of round three and try to finish him...Lefty

Look at it from my point of view. I've followed Carl since his 8th pro fight. I watched him in every hometown fight of his since winning the British Commonwealth Title and then the British SMW title. I thought that was a great achievement, especially a fighter coming from my city.

I had doubts that he'll ever be a 'World Champion', albeit an an alphabet title. When he was being avoided from many fighters, as he was too much risk, low reward, it saddened me. Then when Calzaghe vacated the WBC belt, and Carl was the number 1 challenger, i knew it was his time.

He now beats who i regarded as one of the best US boxers of decade, yet he still recieves flak. I appreciate your thoughts on his style and skill not on par with the other 168 elites, but give the man credit where it is due.

If there is one thing to bash him about, then that is the constant Calzaghe baggering. Even i am sick of it. Just remember though, that he made his first defense on US soil against a challenger who was the favourite, and that his heart was what had won him the fight. Let him have his moment.

He wants to fight the best in the division. There are many that avoid that challenge. Even if you want to see him get beat by the likes of Kessler, Pavlik or Bute, at least he is willing to make the fights happen.

Froch shouldn't even be mentioned in the same breath as Calzaghe.

Good post my man I understand he is a fan favorite for you. All be it he pulled out the fight with JT and he deserves his credit for sticking in there with JT and being able to finish him when the opporunity presented itself....Karma given for th epost....Lefty

            Stop it....

Roy gets Ko'd hard, Lacy gets decisioned, Hopkins wins a decision and Kessler has no intention of getting in a ring with Froch.

I appreciate it. I, like most posters here, know that Taylor was beating him soundly until the last 3 rounds as he was gassing out. I don't think Froch knew he was in the fight at all until he staggered Taylor in the 12th (nevermind the fact one scorecard had him up 116-112). It was part luck, and as a fan i'll admit that, and i think it's great on Froch's half to be happy to give Taylor a rematch (wether it happens, remains to be seen).

Hopefully, we see some unifications happen between Bute, Kessler and Froch, and also Balzay, so we can all distinguish just who reigns the division.

I would love to see JT rematch Froch that would be good for both fighters. Personally if JT can't get his act together in a rematch I think he should look for other work...Lefty

Being that Froch is stalking Calzaghe, I don't think Froch would want to wash Calzaghe's dirty underwear. I think Froch would sniff the crotch while he **********d profusely to the smell of Calzaghe's scent :lmfao: Hence the name. Carl 'The Crocth' Froch :lmfao:
