Mayweather wasn't even an option until now, and to say he avoided Campbell when he only had one fight at Lightweight is pathetic. And Julio was black.

There have been barely any elite level black fighters in the lower weight classes in recent years. But if he meant black "style" fighters than yes, Pacquiao has ducked Joan Guzman since 126 (I got sources with quotes from Arum to back it up). Watch the Pac nuthuugers get all sentimental. The truth hurts.

Anyhow, John David Jackson is wrong is being rather foolish by pointing out this dubious fact. What difference does it make, most of the elite black fighters are NOT 130 and below which is where pac spent most of his career
