I guess none of you understood what I wrote, the thing is I was comparing two styles that are different but similar in the defense in that both Clottey and Branco get in a shell to defend themeselves, in no way did I stated that they fought the same or anything like that. The only thing I was wondering is that if Cotto could brake Clottey's shield the same way he broke Branco's shield which was hammering the arms.

Also on a curious note the Branco fight is the only fight in Cotto's career that he had changed his training camp to Florida, similarly like he is doing know which is training in Florida. Here is a video of the end of the fight that shows how Cotto was trying to break Branco's shell like defense:

What a ****ty post...Please explain to me why are these 2 fighters alike??? You're not making any sense at all!! There is no WAY that Cotto will knock Clottey out like he did Branco...PERIOD!

I take it you've never seen Clottey fight with this type of post...Not saying Clottey is going to just run over Cotto but you need to think twice and real come back down to earth if you think Clottey will let Cotto tee off on him like Branco did.

clottey's defense is solid, it wont be easy for cotto to break thru.

All I got to say with Clottey's style [not saying he's going to stand there and block all night] but once he feels a couple good body shots ; he's thinking twice about trading.
