Well he tried to cheat against mosley and possibly did against cotto, and has not fought in over a year.
I am a huge cotto fan but how is he on the top 10 p4p and not williams.
I don't even how good williams really is but he can fight from 147 to 160 and be very competitive, so for me he should probably be ahead of mosley as well. since he has called mosley out too.

Ch@mp how do you still have Caba ranked #1 at 122?

He is fighting Yordan at 126 for a vacant interim title on the Berto/Quintana under card in less than a month

Where would you rank the winner of that fight at 126?

Certainly they are both possibly worthy of the top 10 should 1 beat the other.

Nowhere in the top 10. They will need to
                    A) Beat a top 10 FW or
                    B) Beat 3 non rank high contenders

But all depends in who wins and how, and the who loses in the top 10

Fair enough system.....fighters do get bumped up by default all of the time just because other ranked fighters lose or are inactive.....I mean just look at Cloud.
