Welterweight APB: Shane Mosley is Still The Man To Beat

Mosley had a grip of fights where he would miss with the same wingin shots he would pound Marg with, the fact Marg didn't do the slightest to avoid them, shows how inferrior Marg's defense is. Mayorga too, he ate shots when he might have been losin, but was still in the fight.

lol I'm not sayin either would have beat Mosley if they moved their head's a little more. Cause they wouldn't have, but I think old school fighters like Margarito and Mosley should be proof that no matter how strong your chin is, it will only shine early on. If you want to last, get some defense. Let your chin serve as back up.

Mosley is a fool

I respect the guy but the fact that he is willing to wait for a big fight shows why he still isn't a shot caller in the sport he once dominated. NO ONE of big time status is calling him out. Why does he insist to think that Pac/Hatton will move up and fight him? Pac had interest in fighting Margarito prior to his loss to Mosley but after the loss Pac said he had NO interest in fighting Mosley. Ricky Hatton says he would like to fight Marquez after Manny & still has Mayweather Jr on the radar for a rematch. Hatton has NEVER spoken Mosley's name. Floyd has a better chance of fighting Marquez/Pac/Hatton (Again) one after the other than Mosley has at fighting one. Mosley sounds like he is feeling himself too much. He's an ******* because if he was smart he would have went to NY and fought Cotto in a rematch for the WBO and to avenge his lost that happened in NY. Would have been a good way to get some more praise and status. Who is this guy's manager or agent? The only thing he is gaining by not fighting is ring rust.

I think people should stop talking about Cotto. Cotto is doing what some other ww didnt do, and that is fighting the top guys in his weight division and yes he fought Margarito and lost, and now he is going after Clotey the other guy nobody wanted to fight and if he comes out the victor I think his going to fight Mosley again and thats what a real fighter needs to do fight all the top guys at his division and then move on to another wd, and Mosley needs to call out Berto for the summer, that way Berto gets the chance he needs against the best match for him right now.

Yea, that's a fight I would like to see. If Cotto beats Pac, which everyone knows he will if they fight, then that would take a true victory from Marquez if he were to beat him in a 3rd fight. Like Pac was done cause of Cotto, **** like that.

Why u all keep talking like if Cotto will beat Pac for sure? Now this days, nobody knows who is going to win. Boxing these days is full of upsets, remember Cotto-Marg? Marg-Mosley? Cotto is my man, but he has some flaws. Lets see what happens on fight-night.....
