Mayweather can beat anyone of his size easilly, so he has to fight bigger guys to convince everybody that he is what HE THINKS HE IS...

In my opnion, Floyd was NEVER a trully WW, he may have fought some guys at this weight but if he keep fighting natural bigger opponents he would be too defensive and boring to watch...

I know that with his style he can beat bigger guys, but he made those fights very frustrating for his opponents and for us...boxing fans.

srry about my english, i'm brazilian and it's a long time since i tryed to expose opinions in english...

    =(

You doing well with your english mate, No-one is perfect mind you. I think he had like 3 fights at WW and 1 at LMW so i would think WW is where is weight is at.....Even though i think he can still make 140.

it's unfair to ask for floyd to fight jmm or pacquiao, he should be fighting cotto and mosley. surely the self proclaimed "best fighter ever and best welterweight" shouldn't be picking on lightweights and fight the best in HIS division instead? it's ok if mayweather didn't go spouting **** about being the best at welterweight, who has he beaten to make you think so? no one.
Cotto outweighs Mayweather by 12 pounds, but that seems fair. Or maybe Margarito 5'11 162 WW or even 164 6'1 Williams. That seems fair fighting 148 Mayweather really

i dont know why people think that mayweather is small for welterweight. basically almost every welterweight are about 5'7" to 5'9" with the exception of some like william and margo

If he has no power and cannot perform excitingly at welterweight, so tell me, why fight at welter? Why? So he can lose his 0 of course. 0 are white only? Ottke, Marciano, Calzaghe... WTF? Floyd's the best undefeated fighter ever and one of the best of all time. And his weight class is 135-140 tops.

oh poor floyd, should we give him a bottle?

floyd fights at welterweight by choice, he claimed his is the best fighter of all time and the best welterweight, why doesn't the top ones?

floyd is not a little boy like you try to make out, when was the last time floyd looked severely outweighed in a fight and bullied around the ring? i've yet to see that.

Tito is not good as Mayweather nor skilled as him. Mayweather relies on skill to beat people bigger than him. Tito can't beat fighter his size or bigger. He relies on his power, it not going to work against guys like RJJ Hopkins and Winky. Also Tito was never the same after Hopkins embarrassed him that night

What would cement his legacy is taking on the biggest and best fights out there. It may be Pacquaio and then Mosley or Clottey or maybe he and Cotto fight after all. Beating the best available opponent who help his greatness.
