I agree, If he could get a fight with either Mosley or cotto or better yet the winner of the Cotto/clottey-Mosley/Berto fight then that would be a fight for the undisputed belt at 147.

a fight with mosley and cotto will put him back in the p4p #1 easy
mosley and cotto are he bigger thread. and the biggest test in his career. pacman would give floyd a lil trouble. but jmm should be very easy for floyd.

are you guys ****ing ******? ofcourse it's a joke but it has some value, floyd is not in the same weight class as jmm and pacquiao, neither is calzaghe but that's extreme.

it's unfair to ask for floyd to fight jmm or pacquiao, he should be fighting cotto and mosley. surely the self proclaimed "best fighter ever and best welterweight" shouldn't be picking on lightweights and fight the best in HIS division instead? it's ok if mayweather didn't go spouting **** about being the best at welterweight, who has he beaten to make you think so? no one.

HE's NOT A WELTERWEIGHT! What guys like Hatton we can easily find quotes saying "He really should stay at 140, that's his weight class" but Mayweather has to fight bigger guys every time! And then u suckers still complain "why didn't he knock him out?! Mayweather is boring.,..." **** out of here. If i was Floyd i would never step into the ring again. H probably won't so just relax, his legacy is better than ANYONE in this decade and all u suckers want is to see it damaged so u can come and say "well, you know... Joe Calzaghe was never defeated" You make me sick.

How about not getting retired by the Big Show?

Pacquiao, JMM are almost of the same size of Mayweather.

                  But the problem is:
Mayweather can beat anyone of his size easilly, so he has to fight bigger guys to convince everybody that he is what HE THINKS HE IS...

In my opnion, Floyd was NEVER a trully WW, he may have fought some guys at this weight but if he keep fighting natural bigger opponents he would be too defensive and boring to watch...

I know that with his style he can beat bigger guys, but he made those fights very frustrating for his opponents and for us...boxing fans.

srry about my english, i'm brazilian and it's a long time since i tryed to expose opinions in english...

                  =(

No point in him coming back really TBH, He cant win...I think he should try and get Cotto or Mosley in the ring with him but we all know what happens after he fight them...

mayweather is a decent sized welterweight, he is naturally strong and out muscled ricky hatton easily who is a big 140 fighter.

                      he belongs at welterweight IMO.
