Not even Champion , looks like everyone wants to be number one, but if Pacman loses to Miguel Cotto, they wouldnt rank him number 1, they'll just state a I told you so, and leave Pacman as number 1 based on the fact that he was just extremely outguned, and beating Mosley again does nothing, really, maybe he would enter the top ten again, but not become numer 1.
