Plus you also have to factor in that if Pac man loses 20 million becomes as realistic as Floyd winning the lottery.
You are wrong, people might be less inclined to travel to Vegas but buying a fight on PPV might let them escape, think about times they could go to Vegas and watch a fight.

Also this thread is not about him fighting a nobody (every fighter draws better against another name fighter, it takes 2 to make a mega fight).
This is about him taking on Shane Mosley who is a name, not a huge seller but explain to me why this can not do as good as the Hatton fight. Also against Pacman who is one of the biggest names in the US, I don't see how that does less then a million and could do much more.

Anybody fighting a nobody would see a drop off in their numbers ask Oscar, that is a cop out arguement.

damn Mayweather is popular. 630+ posts in like 3 days on one of his comeback topics.

hoenstly, he would probebly get that much if he were to fight Pacquiao coming off a Hatton win.

        eventually Floyd will come back.

          Question:

What is THE ABSOLUTE LOWEST amount of revenues that a PBF-Mosley fight would make? What is the ABSOLUTE LOWEST amount that a PBF-Pac fight would make?

Now, who else can they (Mosley, Pac et al) to get the payday that they would get vs Mayweather?

Side note: The Mayweather guarantees were six mil for Judah (reduced to five after the loss) and $8,000.001 for TaTa. Look it up.

LOL @ Ali. You are so daft.

            Who carried the Mayweather-Judah PPV?

            Who carried the Mayweather-Baldomir PPV?

Hell, who carried the Mayweather-Hatton PPV? (and feel free to tell me about Hatton's OTHER US PPV's).

Its not that he's that popular. Its about this being a highly debatable topic between realistic boxing fans, and delusional fanboys who only care about Floyd's well being and financial status.

The ONLY ppv that Floyd has carried on his own 2 was the Baldomir bout.

Judah was pretty well known, and a fight between him and Floyd has been talked about amongst boxing fans for years!

That has nothing to do with why this thread has so many replies/pages. Try again.
