Clottey-Cotto needs to happen. Cintron or Berto over Clottey would be an insult.

clottey being an arum fighter, and cotto being

and arum gaining two paychecks from this matchup,
plus the fact clottey has more chance than the others to win.
i don't see this one coming to fruitation.unless arum bends backwards and dangles more carrots in cottos face.
see cintron being the most likely canidate for the money
and because he's beatable.

I would like to see Clottey in there but I think Berto would be more entertaining
NO one is talking about Cottos biggest weakness.
He leaves himself open for uppercuts
Berto is fast and has a nice upppercut
I can see Berto KO Cotto with a series of uppercuts.
That being said isnt it obvious that her is going to fight Cintron
He is the easiest of all 3 and he being arum just threw out the names of Clottey and Berto to make it seem as if Cotto is going to give them a shot and make him look good but in reality a deal with Cintron is all but done.
He will kill ***** Cintron then fight either the winner or loser of the pac hatton fight where the big money is
Thats what I see happening

Okay, I just watched few of Clotteys and Bertos bouts and I must say, both of them are thorough boxers. As everyone says, Berto is the more explosive boxer, but its only a by-product of his vulnerability. He attacks once he's hit. When Collazo was controlling the fight in the early rounds Berto didnt have much too offer. But as Collazo kept going he let Berto keep the pace. Berto became the busier, faster fighter. Yet, still very open to getting hit. I think the 116-111 call was ridiculous but what got him the fight was the final round. Long story short. Cotto vs Berto is an excellent match. Nice brawl for boxing fans. But I see Cotto taking him down in the later rounds. And for those who say berto is too green, thats irrelevant. He's a WBC champion! You can't pamper him just because he's young or a bit inexperienced. He has a title and he must defend it against the best. Now, Clottey. Clottey is a very defensive fighter, who picks his shots carefully, and against margarito, was an okay counter puncher. He isn't slow neither. His hands-up defense would make it hard for Cotto to connect upstairs but leaves Clottey open for body shots. Which isn't the best strategy for him. And we all know Cotto is vulnerable to uppercuts as he sometimes bends at the waist when he attacks the body. Clottey would give Cotto problems, at least in the early rounds. I would call a late KO for either boxer. All in all, both fights are very interesting but we cant defend Berto because he's "green" and we can't bash Clottey because you say he's boring. Whoever COTTO chooses (not us), I won't bash him (unless it cintron, which isn't worth talking about)...

I know Cotto is not very fond of Cintron and has openly talked about fighting him in the past. I hope Cotto doesn't pick Cintron.
Berto or Clottey would be great. Both unifications and both make for exciting fights. Clottey fight would be easier to make but I'd assume a fight vs Berto would generate more money? Clottey is from NY though.
Either way, I hope the fights in NY because Im deffinately going, I wouldn't miss it for the world. A Cotto fight in NY is a HUGE EVENT.

Both sides can construct valid arguments using the past and the present. But we won't know until the actual truth comes out or there is a rematch. Bitches talk the talk and real men walk the walk.

I'll bet it's Cintron probably the most recognizable name and easiest one of the three to beat. Berto is still unknown to the casual fan and might be to green for Cotto yet is probably the most naturally gifted of the three,Clottey brings no fans or money and he is the toughest out so I doubt it is him.
