I don't think Kessler's promoters are interested in Johnson unfortunately. But this myth about not wanting to fight the best is bollocks, guys been to US to get fights no-one wants to fight him, wtf do you want the guy to do? His promoter is a total **** too which is the reason why Kessler career hasn't taken off as it should, he's only interested in money which is why he would turn down Johnson.

Dawson offered him a fight on HBO before Tarver activated his rematch clause. Froch called him out after he won his world title and has done it many times.

He has far from cleaned out 168 to claim supremacy at it. Not saying he couldn't beat the other guys who are near the top, but he still has to.

I think right now his management is screwing him up. They were looking for a viable yet easily beatable name for him to fight to introduce him in the USA and they couldn't find one to stick.
