Rafael Herrera, president of the boxing commission in Mexico City, has vowed to stand united with Tijuana and the WBC in support of former three-time welterweight champion Antonio Margarito. Last Tuesday Margarito and his trainer Javier Capetillo had their licenses revoked by the California State Athletic Commission. The CSAC punished both men over a foreign substance that was found in the hand wraps of Margarito about a half hour before his fight with Shane Mosley on January 24 [details]
