I agree with your ratings view. The good thing about the IBO is that their rankings are objective as they are computerized (in a better algorithm than boxrec). The bad thing about the IBO is their champions and their existence as another alphabet org. in itself.

It's annoying the 5th belt coming through a little is one of the best if not the, in terms of logical justified rankings and such. It's a tricky one, overall I think they're probably soon falter like the others unless they really kept tight to the computerised system. I'd take a reasonably accurate computerised system, over big wigs on a panel making so called "judgement calls on a per case basis" any day.
