If the test results end up being plaster= Lifetime ban and possible criminal charges

If they test results aren't for plaster=The suspension will be suffice and he'll probably be able to get his license back after a year.
No your wrong here bro. The Bans that Panama and Resto got was not for Loaded gloves. The jail time they recieved was NOT for Loaded gloves.

They were both recieved bans and jail sentences for taking 2 ounces of Padding out of the glove. Resto has much later stated that plaster was also used but it was not known during the hearings or trial.

a copy of a previous post i made on this subject:

i'm not in the know butt just philosophyzing.
1.look at your hand and make a fist. notice the four knuckles sticking up.

powderize the gauze before starting wraps.
make sure someone from the commission is observing this to make it legit.don't worry he'll turn his head.

after multipul punches with the powderized wraps the powder settles and compacts like moist sand inbetween the knuckles. instead of having a hand with four knuckles as high points you now have a hand with like a solid bar over your knuckles that distributes the trauma of your punch evenly the lenghth of the bar with less trauma to the knuckles. plus the advantage of an extra ounce or two of weight added from powder absorbing persperation.evidently a few extra ounces makes a differents thats why they have different size gloves now for different divisions.

knowing human nature as i do,some may think my outlook is distorted,
but i think this loaded handwrap situation is like steroids in baseball or an athlete getting caught in foto taking a bong hit, this stuff goes on all the time but everyone in the know is playing dumb and running for cover.
sort of like when youre in highschool and the question is asked if you **********. hell no you will respond even tho youre choking the chicken at least once a day... sometimes three.

the nieve idiots will stay shocked over this.

Differnce is Margarito had no idea of the padding. Had he known then he's just as guilty as his trainer.

I bet you right now, if the Ca. Commision did a test/check of what cut men put in there vasiline. The boxing world would see another "big" scandal! And belive me, a lot of boxing trainers are using illegal stuff added to there vasiline.

It really sucks to know that boxing athletes are just as prone to use illegal substance as other athletes.

ummmm ok you obviously don't know anything about wraps so you shouldn't open your mouth and make yourself look foolish.

MAN, there is NO WAY that Margarito didn't know. No way

That's all I'm saying, when u'r a professional boxer and that is your life u will know when there is something going on. Besides their relation was supposed to be more like father and son...So Cap would do something like this without Tony's acknowledgment???Really?

In the hearing its already been reported that only 1 our of a few people said it was plaster the others said it wasn't a hard substance.
Panama and Resto went to jail for taking out padding not loading gloves AFTER the fight.

If they had found the knuckle pads AFTER the fight then he would be facing criminal charges. Its not that hard a concept to grasp.
