According to the hearings, there was a white substance and they won't know what it is until mid march when the lab results return...

You learn to read. I said one person described it was plaster like or white, of all the people who saw it and felt it only one person said it was plasterlike.

Your saying that only one person testified to it being plaster. While I agree that definitely says something and leads me to believe there was no plaster of paris, we still have to wait for the lab results to be positive.

It doesn't matter if it was plaster or not. It's illegal to have any "Non Commission Regulated Substance" on the wraps or pads. Case closed. The pads and wraps were already deemed illegal before the hearing. His trainer had no denials. He told the commission that he was the one who placed the blocks in his wraps and it was his "mistake" "an accident"

Yeah I agree with BigPP does it really matter what the substance was? Whatever it was it was illegal and punishments have been handed out so just let it end.

Seriously some of you seemed more concerned with burning Tony like a lynch mob rather than realizing that this is just another black eye on the sport of boxing.

If they case is now that Tony's wraps weren't fully legal, and not that he had plaster what's the difference between he and Trinidad? I only bring up Trinidad because he was caught before, like Tony yet didn't get suspended or have his liscense revoked.

Why is Tony being held accountable for an action that he had no part in?

I don't think any boxer judges how his coach is wrapping his hands.

It was a foreign substance found in his gloves. This means it was potentially a Loaded glove. Tito was asked to rewrap his hands because they said he wrapped because of the WAY they wrapped his hands.

Even if the substance isn't plaster it was hard knuckle pad.
