    Probably, but if he does it would compromise his chances for getting a license in the US again. No doubt the commission would hold a grudge for someone not serving their time. Now if he got a lifetime ban, it would be a whole different story.

        no the nevada and new york commision said

        they will honor the california boxing commision, so margarito will not be fighting till now for one year, that is for now, we have to see the results in mid march, that could be suspended for more time. and maybe another charges.

                  Like several members have stated, margarito can not fight anywhere in the United States for as long as he is suspende in California. He could fight in Mexico and Japan, but I doubt it would be for a significant fight
