First off it was close Luis. Second off you lost 114-113. Last but not least you lose my respect by going against your word after the fight. 3 big fights in your career, 3 big losses. Goodnight and good day. Enjoy your time fighting on ESPN.

Luis has to say the fight wasn't close and complain so he can get his rematch.

I think collazo is going overboard w/ saying the fight wasnt close.

Being disrespectful to berto will not get you a rematch.

I thought Collazo won myself, I had him up by 2 points at the end of the 12th. He won a lot of fans that night against Berto, I don't see how complaining about the decision is going to help him.

He does deserve a rematch though.
            agree............

I saw it 7 rounds to 5 in favor of Berto the Champ. The point taken was unwarranted and premature. Collazo was doing some holding of his own.

The fight was close but that is what makes it even more bad for Collazo because if anything he should have been able to expose the inexperience of Andre Berto & out pressure him and pull off an unquestionable win or even a KO. I think what we have witnessed that night he fought Berto is the best Collazo will be the rest of his career. He had three high profile signature fights. One he broke his thumb? & the other two they were too close to call and questionable? I definitely feel Collazo should get some more fights and opportunities but I don't see him being able to crack the top 5 division. He has gate keeper written all over him.

I think Collazo went back to look at the fight a few times before he came out with a statement. Collazo was a gracious loser that night, whereas i would of been a crying ***** like John Ruiz had it been me, but he may have a point. Berto was visibly hurt on many occasions and was holding on shaky legs for most of the first 6 rounds but i think every boxer should of learned From Delahoya V Trinidad that its not how you start its how you finish. Even though i had Collazo winning almost every round early they were close rounds and a couple of them could of been scored for Berto. But the Killer of the fight was Berto Clearly winning the last 2 rounds in almost everyones eyes. Those last 2 rounds for Berto Brought My Card to a draw and i dont feel like giving a decision to Berto was Horrible but that Sucks for Collazo who also could of won. Berto will get better offers now thats he been exposed and Collazo will probably be ducked as too risky but i think they should do it again. Bertos reputation has taken a big hit and nothing short of a KO like Williams v Quintana II will fix it but he can salvage it by cleary beating Collazo in a rematch and im not sure he can. So its either Fight Collazo again and risk losing or Make a Massive Amount of Money against bigger names and get KOed. Its a tough choice and Berto will have to choose wisely. Theres always Junior welterweight if its too hard

Collazo was also hurt at times in the fight, and looked seriously hurt in the final round and looked like berto almost pulled a shane mosley off.

i felt collazo won by a point although the point deduction was nonsense..it cudve bn a draw but i wudnt call it the worst decision ive seen..berto damn near ko.d him in the 11th..thats the politics of boxing..u gotta take the belt from the champ..it was a gr8 fight and berto shud b a man and giv him a rematch...besides i dont think berto is quite ready 4 the big boys of the division just yet(margarito, cotto, williams)
