I did read the article carefully. In fact, I printed it out and examined under microscope to check for any forensic evidence that might be of consequence in later years should this ever go to court. The point is, what is told to the public is very rarely what goes on behind closed doors. But thank you for your insight, I would have easily looked past the fact that you need to read an article to understand it.
