    this would be true under normal circumstances but I'm pretty sure he doesnt have much equity in any home he may have bought in the past three years..

      On top of that, its been reported that he's made around $100m. So say his house cost him $5mil. It'll leave him with MORE then enough money to invest in other ventures. Why pay the bank interest, when u can just pay it off in one shot? Its not as if Floyd is a regular working class citizen.

        I've always heard that money goes about as fast as it comes. If it takes you half your life to accumulate wealth, it will probably last you through the other half. If you get rich over night (like PBF did with his last 3 fights), you won't have it long.

            Floyd wasnt brought up with a silver spoon in his mouth, but he certainly wasnt poor. There are fighters that had to rob and steal just to be able to eat while growing up. Floyd's childhood has nothing on someone like Miranda or Mayorga.
