      if evander would have captured the wba belt would you all be saying this?

      i would think that a toney fight at heavy would be more interesting for roy. both are not what they once were but it could still be a decent fight and make some money.

          doesn't make sense..

          nothing to lose and nothing to gain, but some money in both their pockets. in the fight game once you establish a name, you will always make some money...

            Even thought Evander Holyfield is shot....Roy Jones Jr. is worse off IMO and I still think at the age of 46 Holyfield can land the left hook that can KO Roy's Career

                Pretty unfortunate but not unexpected. It is clear that Roy is not ready to give it up yet, I guess he doesn't want to step away from the spotlight. As a big Roy fan it kills me to say it, but I think it is almost going to take someone hurting him pretty badly in the ring for him to finally give it up. The man is just too proud.

                  Jones is toast. He is gone mentally and physically. While Holy is road weary he will lambast Roy Jones.

                      im glad roy isnt going out with the calzaghe fight being his last fight, with the gashed eye and pummeling. hopefully he can work some magic against holyfield
