at 140 i could see chavez winning because cotto was not as good as in 147 but in 147 i dont think he could be stop by chavez

I think Chavez, because he would cut the ring off and break Cotto down like Margarito and mainly cause Cotto wasnt doing that good at 140 (mainly him getting hurt alot)
