cotto for sure gained more and lost more after his epic battle antonio margartio, in that he lost his priceless unbeaten record but he produced a fantastic display of boxing... he just came up short against a middleweight on the night (no excuses intended)
For the rematch cotto now knows what he can and can not do, his punches did not hurt margarito he did not respect them this time it has to be lateral movement working angles keeping the fight on his toes he has to make tony uncomfortable with his movement stay off the ropes and take the pop off his punches and aim for the body, margarito has a good body defense but he his vunerable in that area especially if cotto works the left hook to the body!!!
if i had to bet on someone winning on my life i would bet margarito he has the psychlogical advantage and the mentaily that cotto cant hurt also cotto will remember the battle that they had and maybe that might hinder him what his natural instinct would do either way i think cotto has the tools to beat margarito but he has to make sure he stays moving and just score without power

I'm still a Cotto fan despite his loss to Margarito, at least he had the BALLS to face Margarito unlike some sorry ass who's claiming to be the best boxer of his era who retired rather than face his mandatory Margarito. I think the friggin poser lost more fans in ducking Margarito than Cotto in quitting against the friggin monster.
