I'm sure most of you born in the U.S don't call yourself American when they ask you what nationality you are. If you want to get technical just to look like an uptight jackass, Margarito is a Mexican born American, Mexican with American citizenship.
Either way, why the **** does it matter? If it pisses you off, go cry about it to yourself, really, because in the end its about the fight and not where you were born that makes you a great fighter.
Example; I am both Mexican AND Vietnamese (yeah thats right my dad found himself a latina). What do I represent? Both. Being American is a status not a nationality.
depends on what you mean by american.
but I'm pretty sure if you're born in the united states of AMERICA, you're nationality is American.
Money Marg's national origin is Mexico, his race is a mix of European and Indian, but his nationality/citizenship is American.
he was born in California just like Mosley and Oscar De La Hoya, he needs to stop trying to act like he's 100% Mexican...he's 50% Mexican and 50% American.
he's making himself look bad...he was born in the U.S and yet he doesn't know english...
this guy's a joke!
It's pretty ****** of him not to speak english in his interviews cause you know the motha F knows how.
Looks like a mexican to me. A japanese person born in America is still a japanese to me. I'm white, if I were born in Mexico and soon moved to USA would I be a mexican?
