    See this is the reason why I think ethnic pride of any kind is ******.

    Seriously who cares about all this **** when in reality it was a genetic accident either way. It's not like he went up to god the day before he was born and said "God please make me a Mexican". It doesn't matter what country he was born in or what color his skin is because thats not what made him a champion. What made him a champion was the will and desire that he carries inside of him and nothing else.

          Example: If someone is Russian by blood, born in say.. China, but raised in Russia what idiot in their right mind will call him Chinese.

          This is the same exact thing that's going on in this topic. Technically, he is an American citizen but that's about it. Margarito is MEXICAN. Deal with it.

              Boxing writers, announcers, anaylist, used to call it the Mexican fighting style. Now of course more and more Mexican boxers are Americanized in boxing style.

                      No beef with Asains, they good some fine looking females as the one in your avatar.

                      Mijares looks like those old indigenous potoury found in Mexico, the ones that with the kind of chinese eyes and football shaped heads - not that he has the head of a football, lol.
