    People consider Marquez better than Pac? Well who has he beat?

    Hmmmm

    There are many Marquez nuthuggers in these forums like Xcaret who keep discrediting Pacquiao's win over Oscar and all the other fighters he's beaten.

    But they fail completely to ask their own man who HE has beat.

    lets look at Marquez's best wins shall we?

    UD over Rocky Juarez (an undercard fighter)
    UD over Barrera (The same guy Manny shut out)
    and a loss/win to a WEIGHT DRAINED Pacquiao (went down 2...TWO...TWO weight classes to fight Marquez. And marquez still lost.

    And even if he did win via close split decision the fact remains that pacquiao went down TWO weight classes to fight him.

    Again,look at his pic in "feedback" above you. The guy looks like a fricking skull!

    So if you Marquez fans are going to discredit Pacquiao, you'll be discrediting Marquez aswell.

    IMO Pacquiao is 3 steps above JMM when it comes to greatness... Duran is one or 2 steps above Pac.

    Anything you Pac haters wanna say?

        marquez is very skilled but we all know his resume is not that great.

        you make fun of pacquiao fighting old and shot fighters , marquez got his 126 belt fighting a 50-yr. old manuel medina for a vacant title.

        his best wins are against barrera 4-5 years after pacquiao beat marco and a 37-yr. old way past it joel casamayor.

        those are still good wins but don't claim him to be so great and yet at the same time put down much better wins pacquiao has achieved.

          I dont think people say he's better..but the first fight pacman got 3 knockdowns in round 1 and it was a draw..so that means the next 11 round jmm kicked his ass..the second fight was a split decison but once again marguez was knocked down-meaning he out boxed pacman..so in other words pacman is the stronger fighter but jmm is clearly the better boxer..doesnt make jmm better..but people have an arguement..pacman owes him a 3rd fight

              It's Marquez and Beristain's fault that they said "no" to a Hamed fight, shunned an offer to fight Morales and decided to fight Chris John instead of an immediate rematch with Pacquiao.

                  he has not beat any ppv fighters but trust me, he is a brilliant boxer. i'll always consider him as pacquiao's natural opposite/opponent, rival in other words

                    pac beat prime morales and prime barrera. that alone destroys marquez's whole resume put together.
