Pacquiao was just to fast for De La Hoya. Made Oscar turn a lot which got him off set....which he has always had problems with.

I mean...you re the bigger guy, just go there and swing something damn!!

Props to Manny, he fought a great great fight, he seemed to hypnotize Oscar. I just cant understand how a big experienced guy lik DeLa Hoya wasnt able to throw against a small guy like this. I could understand a point loss, but not this beating at all.

After all Manny was quite open to right hands and left hooks all night...why Oscar wasnt throwing anything? Why he stood there and took all those punches? Someone can explain that without being a nut hugger and giving unbias thought?
don't discredit Pacquiao by calling oscar shot, he wasn't at his best but its pretty evident that Pacquiao's timing and footwork did the same **** that Hopkins did to Pavlik. I can't really say that Pacquiao was open to right hands all night long ether, Oscar tried throwing it but Pacquiao was slipping almost everything. Oscar was not at his best, but it was similar to Whitaker /dlh..Whitaker being a shorter southpaw could slip Oscar flurries quite easily, he just didn't have the offense of Pacquiao.

Could it be that the answer to that is Manny Pacquiao? Could it be he was the reason Oskie couldn't throw even a ****in' jab?

And he was supposed to ko Manny with one single left hook as you said right?

good post man...but let me say that, at least, Pavlik tried! Oscar tried his right hand like 3 times and he landed...he pushed manny back when he did...but the rest of the fight, exept for the first round and those couple moments here and there...he just stood there doing nothing but taking punches without even trying to answer. Im quite shocked at this. Oh well..

Oscar tried and landed. However, Manny deprived him of any follow up by stepping back or sideways.

The fight was really one sided.

I was waiting for that famed Oscar left hook. he tried it alright, it failed to land. he was simply too confused by Manny's side steps.
