That could be true but what it sounds like is after Valero stepped out of the ring with Delahoya, his black eye got worse, Ortiz may have given him a little mark and Valero finished the deal. Either way, Valero talked the truth about busting up Delahoya and how Pac was going to win. Delahoya is done at the top, he's ****** for draining himself so much. Valero v. Pac has to happen but too bad Pac wont ever fight him.

Valero was brought in as a sparring partner to help De La Hoya prepare for Manny Pacquiao. Valero almost lashed out at De La Hoya while speaking to the Philippine Daily Inquirer, claiming that Oscar lied about who gave him a black eye, lied about his level of training and even predicted a knockout win for Pacquiao. i heard the same thing by some one from oscars team that went up in big bear to train with them

Doesn't seem like that much of a stretch now, does it?

Can't believe that Pacquiao De La Hoya fight was almost 6 years ago now..

RIP Valero.. Piss, Peace. Whatever. Huge Loss.
