Roy Jones, Joe Calzaghe Agree To a Rematch, if Roy Wins

Roy Jones Jr. (52-4, 38KOs) and Joe Calzaghe (45-0, 32KOs) have agreed to a rematch in the event of Jones pulling off the upset on Saturday night in New York's Mecca of boxing, Madison Square Garden. Jones says the pressure is fully on the back of Calzaghe. The Welsh champion plans to retire after achieving a predicted win on Saturday. Jones would love to be the man who crumbles Calzaghe's unbeaten legacy, sending him into retirement with a loss. [details]

Seems fair that Joe chould get potentially two bites at the cherry and Roy doesn't.

**** so joe has gone for the rematch clause in the contract...

Is there a hint of nerves going on here?

      Does joe calzaghe have doubts?

Will this make Roy even more confident?

will we ever find out if lady fan has a minge?

      who knows...

Wonder who insisted this? Calzaghe is obviously happy that he has it, Jones seemed to want a rematch even if he loses.

I guess then Calzaghe will retire 45-2.

Just like the other long, unbeaten european champion Darius Michaechwzki went out with two straight losses.
