Bute Decisions Andrade, A Controversial Ending

Did anyone notice that the ref NEVER started the count on Lute. As soon as he was knocked down he sent Andrade to a neutral corner and then immediately looked at someone outside the ring (probably the timekeeper to see how much time was left). He NEVER STARTED A COUNT. He started counting after he yelled at Andrade to get back in the corner. By then Bute was already up. If this had been a neutral ref, he would have started the count and, if Bute beat the count, he would have then asked him to walk forward. Bute could not walk straight and the fight would have been stopped. Instead the bell sounded AS SOON AS the ref reached the mandatory 8 count, which was not supposed to happen. Both the ref and the timekeeper screwed Andrade and the fans.

What bothers me almost more is the fact that about 15 seconds BEFORE the knockdown, Bute basically fell into the ropes on his own. When they were on the other side of the ring from the knockdown I'm talking. At that point it was clear that Bute was out on his feet and was in serious danger.

The fight should have been stopped BEFORE the knockdown. Bute literally FELL INTO THE ROPES without getting hit, a full 10-15 seconds before the knockdown. I'm in utter shock.

UnF$%%#* Believable, I new Andrade was apparently going to come back and finish business. B.S. completely B.S. How could they do this to a fighter who clearly gave all heart and NEVER QUIT. Completely ruining the sport.

Both fighters are champs. Andrade stole the show..

Wright shouldn't have stopped the count,but anyways,Bute was up.If you want a real hometown decision go see the ''Herman Ngoudjo vs Paulie Malignaggi'',this is a true robbery.

But I really think like everybody here that Bute should give Andrade a rematch,even if I think that IBF will...

This is the type of $H!+ that makes me want to STOP watching boxing!!!

This is the PERFECT example why boxing is NO longer a MAINSTREAM Sport!! This yr alone, there has been TOOO many quick stoppages, "home cooking", & questionable score-cards on BIG fights, this was NO different.

People are QUICK to talk about Cortez in Mayweather-Hatton, but this was OBVIOUS home brewing. WHY would the IBF APPROVE a LOCAL Ref for the HOMETOWN fighter?? EVERYTIME Andrade would get close & land a shot, BUTE would hold OR the REF would get in the middle of them to get BUTE a rest & to regain his distance.

True, he BUSTED Andrade up for 10 1/2 rds, that I CAN NOT take away from him, BUT CLEARLY from 1:30 in that final stanza, BUTE was BEAT to a STANDSTILL! Farhood said himself "Bute legs are GONE"! Andradre hurt him several times & the BIAS REF tried his best to interupt the flow, so their LOCAL hero could survive! IT was OBVIOUS he was OUT b/c with 9 seconds remaining, he was going down WITHOUT taking a punch (ala Cotto-Marg) & the final shot from Andrade SHOULD have sealed the deal!

The REPLAY showed the REF started the count late, CONTINOUSLY LOOKED to the over corner ONCE he began (looking for WAYS to STOP the COUNT) & saw Andradre BARELY out his corner & halted the count. EVEN IF you BELIEVE BUTE BEAT the count, he could NOT hold his balance, SO IF he was up at 9 & the ref asked him IF he could go on & instructed to put his hands up & COME TO HIM (Instead of the REF approaching him) he WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN ABLE TO DO IT!! ANDRADRE TKO12 BUTE!!!


THE FIGHT WAS AN ABSOULTE DISGRACE TO BOXING & TO THE FANS THAT TUNE IN TO WATCH THE SWEET SCIENCE...THIS MAKES ME SICK TO MY STOMACH

Bute is garbage well not garbage, but average at most......Kessler dominated andrade from round 1-12 not from round 1-11...This fight was 12 rds no matter how much bute was up in the fight...He was out and Andrade should be the champion because he got a 24 count...I hope a rematch gets made because Andrade was a class act like always about it and he deserves it!

Im so ******** pissed off right know, they stole that fight from andrade i saw the fight and everytime bute got tired he tried grabing andrades leg and the ref didn't say a word, extreme bs. And come on the ref didn't really have to Warn andrade because he wasn't really off the corner another ref would've let it go. ****** ass ref!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:
