Will Cotto quit again when he faces Marg in the rematch?

Why are people bringing up the Vasquez nose incident but fail to bring up the one Marquez had with Pac in the first fight? Marquez fought with a messed up nose too the whole fight.

Is something different a bloodie nose from a broke nose. When you have a Bloodie nose you can breath less but you can fix it with medicine, and when you have a broken nose, you can't breath at all, blood flows profusely, when you try to breath it hurts and is not tha easy to stop the bleeding. Thats why vazquez quit and and was a big factor in Cotto not having any air left by the 7th round.

On the subject of "quitting" Nobody quit better than Julio Sucker Chavez Sr.

He quit like a *****... he didn't like the way DLH kept punching him in the center of his warrior face. He was NOT injured... nor was his nose broken. He just QUIT. I guess he left his "warrior" heart in his locker. Now... that my friends is the all time ***** move courtesy of Mexico. THanks for the fun memories Julio.

I don't know about Julio "accomplishing more than Cotto ever will" Cotto is only 26... and yeah, Cotto won't have 200 victories against 190 Cab drivers but less not get carried away with the whole Chavez legend thing. Time will tell if Cotto will surpass Chavez's REAL accomplishment and not the 90 victories against Mexican Cab drivers.

Margarito is slow as hell but if you cant outwork him or make Margarito outwork himself, and move effectively, Margarito is going to **** you up.

Is probably the most hyped Limited fighter I ever seen.


He is the ultimate Walk forward fighter. He is good at applying pressure and throwing punches where he can hit.

He is not fast
He is not smart fighter in which he relies on tactics to win a fight.


Margarito is an ALL OUT Brawler... He is bent on getting in the ring and throwing punches in regardless of Defense.

He is truly a The Boxing Definition of a "Pitbull" He is going for kill right away with no re-guard for the others persons abilities.

And Part of me like that about him..

But also That's why he lost to Slick Black Fighters like Rodney Jones,and Larry Dixon. They beat him because they did not stand there and just throw punches. They moved and boxed him. Just Like Paul Williams did.

Margarito has trouble with Movement, and speed.

Margarito is a fighter in which you can not fight his fight and expect to win unless you are stronger and bigger than him and cotto is none.!

If a fighter does decides to do that,

It Means they have abanded all strategy and decided to limited themselves too just throwing Punches....

With Knowing all these things about Margarito, It is obvious that.


COTTO HAS WAY MORE ABILITY THAN MARGARITO.

The one thing that I will openly admit about Cotto that can make him a great fighter is that. He doesn't **** around, he is focus. And that is something that every great fighter has.Cotto Was starting to become an all around fighter. And that is dangerous.
He has a crushing jab, and powerful hook. He has under rated ability to adapt.
and he will come back from punishment, with offense instead of defense.


The HUGE PROBLEM I HAVE WITH COTTO the little things he does wrong that any good champion will see and will counter, and will not miss. He still gets hit a lot, and wastes a lot of punches. Sometimes he punches from too far out and leaves gaps where he can be countered or beaten to the punch.

and he always gets tired late in fights.

Cotto can beat Margarito, But Cotto needs to stop ****ing around work on his stamina and defense.
