Hardest punchers with low KO percentages?

First one that comes to mind is Rocky Juarez. He's a very good one punch KO fighter, but has a pretty low KO ratio.

Someone on here said Robbie Peden was a good puncher (Nate Campbell, lol) but his ratio is like 40 something percent.

Antonio Tarver, is a good puncher, but isn't known as a KO artist.

Any others you can think of? And why do these fighters have the ability to KO a guy with one shot, but have low KO ratios?

You know what the problem is with %es, is that once you get to the top, you don't ko really good fighters.
Tarver fought a ton of good guys and so did Juarez.

They aren't as easy to ko once you get to the highest levels so ko percentage can be very misleading

Iran Barkley was a very hard puncher although he only had 27 KO's out of 43 wins.

A lot of fighters from the old days didn't have great KO percentages even if they were known for their punching power (Stanley Ketchel was an exception since he had 49 KO's out of 54 wins).

              Yeah, Iran could really crack.

Manny Pacquiao and Ricardo Mayorga only have like 60 something percent KO ratio which does not reflect the kind of KO & KD power they posses.
