I don't see ANY Mexican fighter beating Tito at 147lbs... Oscar came close but ran when he felt the power. He later said " I felt his power and didn't want to feel it again.." ~DLH (while smiling in fishnets under his man suit of course.)
Don't let the 60/30 poll % fool you. For every Rican in this room there are like 15 Illegals with laptops.
Tito is by far superior. Chavez the headbutt, couldn't deal with Randall or Taylor I without Richard Steele's help in the final seconds. Tzu too broke his ass.

What a Phagh.
in the same token i dont see another mexican beating cotto other than margarito (because the physically advange)....
Julio Cesar Chavez systematically broke down his opponents while in his prime. Some people say that the Taylor lost was bull****. I think not, look at Taylors face, look at Chavez's face, Taylor looked as if he had been beaten by a baseball bat, and drank a whole bottle of Tequila by round 12. Chavez was wide awake and finishing the fight.
As for Chavez compared to "Tito"...... Chavez had better chin, better legs, better defense, and a natural way of systematically breaking his opponents down. The defense was beautiful at times. I recall a fight against Geovanni Paris, at the end of round 10, Chavez invites Parsi to openly hit him, Chavez dodge each one of those punches and pissed Parsi off. I got to find the video and post that ****. Hilarious! I seen Tito dropped at 147lbs, in his prime. He was dropped by Yori Boy. Tito's chin was majorly suspect. Chavez would have knock Tito the **** out!!!
