Is It Possible To Duck Someone Who Never Calls You Out?

To me, I personally think talks between cotto & mayweather fighting is too pre-mature rite now. Let Cotto make a bigger name for himself, let his resume become better with time. So far he has judah & mosely under his belt.. margarito would be a good addition also...and IF he beats Margo there's Williams, DLH, or Berto even..

Another funny thing is Mayweather talked about fighting Hatton before that comment was even made.

If a fighter never says another's name for all that other fighter knows, could be that the guy doesnt want to fight him, isnt thinking about him, isnt ready to fight him, and or doesnt want to fight him, but I just dont see how you can duck someone who never says your name, what do you guys think?
