That is all myth anyway. They had been negotiating that fight for months. How else do you think it was made so quickly afterwards? It was strictly a publicity stunt by the two fighters involved.

Margarito called Floyd out to no end. He even crashed one of Floyd's press conferences and asked Floyd to his face "why wont u fight me" What did that get Tony? Banned from all of Floyd's future press conferences! LOL. Calling him out dont work.

In fairness, Cotto always tells everyone that he leaves that **** up to his promoter, Bob Arum, and Arum, who is in charge of the calling out, has continually slagged off on Floyd for not taking a Cotto bout.

I don't know if the transitive property of math applies to calling out in boxing, but...

Arum has never made Floyd an offer to fight Cotto.

Bob has been around boxing long enuff to know Cotto gets his ass handed to him.

Yes, it is. When everyone and their mother are talking about this fight and asking you about it. And you just sir there and make excuses why you won't fight instead of welcoming the fight. Then you are clearly ducking.

The Chicago Bears probably have never made a trade offer to get Tom Brady or Peyton Manning. That doesn't mean they wouldn't be extremely interested if they thought he was available. Arum isn't going to bother drawing up a contract that he knows Floyd will send straight to his shredder.

How you gonna make a contract to Floyd? You dont, if anything Floyd will be the one telling Cotto how much he is going to make.
