Floyd Sr. Feels Mayweather Jr. Will Still Return To Boxing

Despite the recent comments of Floyd Mayweather Jr., his father/former trainer, Floyd Mayweather Sr., still feels the big paydays will lure his son back to the sport of boxing. Last Friday, Mayweather Jr. spoke out for the first time since announcing his retirement a few weeks back, and told the Grand Rapids Press that he would not return unless there was a $100 million dollars waiting for him. I think Floyd should stay retired, and be remembered as going out on top.
Not too many people do that.

Even though Delahoya is past it, the lack of defense Floyd sr brough up just reminds me that Delahoya in prime or past it always struggled against slick, quick technical boxers.

We're talking past prime Whitaker, Mosley although not as technical was very fast gave him problems, Mayweather, even lil Stevie Forbes.

Against Sturm, although out of shape struggled mainly because Sturm does have some good boxing skills.

I still laugh at people who make threads that say Prime Oscar Delahoya would have beaten Mayweather. It's ridiculous.....prime or not prime he has trouble with good boxers.

Floyd shouldn't let Oscar fight Cotto.
Oscar would beat Cotto and the mega-fight between two of boxing's biggest, undefeated superstars would just fall through.

i would not be suprised at all if he came outta retirement the guy has already shown his bitterness at the love Pacquiao is/was getting from Boxing fans and pundits after his display against David Diaz thats why he felt it necessary to use the race card to ease his pain or lack of love from Boxing fans /media when he was p4p king

its like they have to not appreciate me cause im Black it cant be because im an arrogant little prick with no class who bores the **** outta Boxing fans and has fans leaving the arena during my fights ,then there is his unwillingness to fight a legit WW Champ the only person Floyd has to blame is himself

i guess its all racism though eh

Pacquiao moved up and fought the weakest champ in that division.
                He's not the linear champ.

Just like Floyd got nothing for beating Zab, Pacquiao gets nothing until he beats the linear champ.

                  Beating David Diaz proved nothing.

But to get back on subject, Floyd better get to Cotto before Oscar can and cash out one last time.

When he beats Cotto, there won't be anything else left to prove.
