i would say when it comes down to skill and accomplishement yeah mayweather has it. but if you grading based on excitement, heart, and will i would have to say pac man. he may not bring as much dollars as floyd but ive found his fights much more exciting than floyds. and the fact that he has never backed away from a challenge helps alot too. i mean he just said hell fight marquez again even though he gave him a tough fight. thats the attitude of a true warrior of the sport.

Roach didn't want this fight. He said Mosley was a different fighter than Oscar, so they had to dehydrate him to fight. Once Shane agreed to fight at the catchweight...and offered Team Pacquiao the greater cut, they sidestepped Shane who was coming off his best victory in KOing Margarito to fight TOP RANK's own Cotto (who was recently KO'd by Margarito). Shane had called him out a thousand times...it was clear he wanted the fight and Pacquiao did not. Agreed?

Floyd will always be the fighter who ducked Manny Pacquiao. Everyone in the boxing world knows this. Im not talking about his delusional fans. Floyd cant do anything in boxing now that will take away the dark duck cloud thats over him. JMM stole his thunder. After the shot felt and heard around the world from a mega fight with JMM and Pac....Floyd comes out and fights Guerrero.

Since the Pacquiao fiasco, Mayweather has beaten two Top Three welterweights in Shane Mosley and Victor Ortiz and has engaged in a series of self-destructive mistakes in his personal life. Along the way, his legacy and reputation have been further damaged, likely beyond the point of repair.

However, what critics push as "being afraid" or "ducking" were merely the actions of someone frozen out of the picture by a jilted former promoter. Since moving up to welterweight, Mayweather has fought every other top fighter not affiliated with Top Rank (including four he was accused of previously ducking).

If Mayweather is guilty of anything, it's of being pig-headed in going along with Bob Arum's blockade and refusing to even acknowledge any of the Top Rank fighters being kept from him.

On the other side, if Arum had truly wanted his guys to face Mayweather instead of one another, he would've positioned his fighters within the WBC infrastructure when Mayweather originally held the belt. He could've then forced the issue by having them become mandatory challengers.

Instead, Margarito, Cotto, and Clottey were positioned in every other organization except the WBC— making it logistically harder for them to fight Floyd.

As for Pacquiao, well, the fight with Mayweather would've already taken place if not for Team Pacquiao's unwillingness to consider random blood testing on the one occasion there were actual, real negotiations between both sides.

Isnt 50/50 what team pac wanted? Pac refused the testing after being accused
