When all is said and done(if they don't fight), Mayweather will be remembered as the greater of the two and will more than likely be named goat by many people. Floyd will end up like SRR and Ali, 10-20yrs after he is retired.

Pacquiao will be remembered but not nearly on the level Floyd will be.

PBF beat a shot SSM. When you are SSM age, you can age overnight. All SSM showed against Margarito was that he had one last great performance in him. Against PBF it was asking one too many. But you cant expect veterans to produce career defining performances time after time.
Anything great SSM did, was years ago.

the excuses keep piling on. i respect everyones opinion, but lame excuses turn threads into online outhouses.

Pac would have to beat Mayweather (Berto) or (Bradley) to even be considered ATG. Beating Floyd would seal the deal, and i have doubts about him being able to last 12 rounds without Freddy throwing in the towel.
