    I never once claimed that.

    Yeah good fighter.

    - Jermain Taylor
Not proven at 168, and at this point an enigma who has trouble in getting hit.

    - Bute
Yet to be proven. Hasn't fought a quality name opponent.

    - Andrade
Durable, crowd pleaser, but hasn't beat a class opponent.

    - Froch
    Yeah maybe. He's pretty good.

    - Miranda
Yeah but he's not a real super middle.

    - Pascal
Who in the hell has he fought?

    - RJJ i think aswell.
    Roy is a light heavy.

    Etc etc etc.

    What has MW got?

Pavlik, Arthur, Felix, Winky, Mundine? Thats not much at all. Then theres guys like Randy Griffin etc etc etc.
    LMFAO.

My conclusion is simple and it can't be proven wrong. HBO/Showtime are the biggest boxing networks in the world. Please explain to me, why Gamboa, to me a very over rated fighter. Who i do predict will eventually become a world champion, more than once i doubt. But how can he headline cards? And it takes Calzaghe 39 wins? And countless defences to get his own card? Same with Kessler, why isn't Kessler on HBO/Showtime? There are so many flaws in the system. An over rated young fighter headlining a card, over two proven world champions and elite fighters.
Gamboa is not a headliner but he is very hyped. He gets placed on cards with other top prospects to make a card. If Kessler, Calzaghe or even Mundine would have came to the US, they would have gotten exposure plain and simple. Two of the three still have not placed a foot on American soil for a fight. Why? beats me. Well Kessler had one there also I guess, but it was Eons ago against a guy with a 15-12 record.

No network is going to show a big budget card with a fighter that is not known there. Why do you think the Kessler/Calzaghe card did ****ty ratings? because no casual boxing fan there knew who the **** they were. Boxing is a struggling sport in the US and no network is into taking big risks. You want to make it big in the US? Go there and ****ing fight, it's not rocket science.

And it will eventually pay off in the end.

While HBO/Showtime may loose some profits when airing the first couple of fights from these European based elite fighters. Eventually there class will shine through, giving them an even larger fan base, than the non-elite home fighters could generate. Leading to bigger profits in the future. Its all logical, from a business sense, long term, not short term though.

        But its worth testing out.

It will mean we watch the highest quality fighters and fights, on the big channels, which is what we all want from the sport in the end.
Good to see you making business decisions for them!LOL

As most non-American boxing fans had stated, Miranda had knocked out no one of note and his punching power wasn't as big as anyone had predicted it to be.

Everyone new Miranda wasn't elite, non US fans that is. Yet the US fans continued to believe the unbelievable.

Abrahams destruction of Miranda should have opened your eyes to the real picture.

And that is, European and other fighters can be more than competitive in boxing.

Also, if Pavlik fights anyone other than Abraham now, he will counted as ducking , unless Abraham gets a fight with ODLH, which won't happen.

So the truth is out. What i new all along is there for all to see. Miranda is not an elite level fighter. And Pavlik better start dealing with his competitors because he could very well loose to Abraham, Sturm etc etc.

              These guys are class!

Eurpean fighters are underated all except for Anthony Mundine he is just a bum TBH

So out of the top ten pound for pound in the world less than half reside in the United States.
Only 2 of these are outside North-america and exactly zero are not regulars on HBO/Showtime.

I think the point is that yanks don't believe there can be very good fighters they haven't seen and the Abraham powerdisplay proved it.

Just though that should have been corrected. Anyways, no country will ever own the P4P list, that's the best thing about boxing, It's all about one man vs another and no one or nothing else.

Cong**** to Abraham he won fair and square. Miranda had a terrible night, from the first power punch that AA landed, his legs were already gone. I guess Pavlik really did bust him up. Is hard to make a comeback after a KO like the one Pavlik gave him.

wish you the very best miranda and I'll c u back in friday night fights

To the clown who stated 168 is a weak division.

                    Joe Calzaghe
                    Mikkel Kessler
                    Carl Froch
                    Denis Inkin
                    Lucian Bute
                    Jermain Taylor
                    Jeff Lacy
                    Alan Green
                    Edison Miranda
                    Librado Andrade
                    Sakio Bika
                    Andre Dirrell
                    Andre Ward

Those waters are shark infested my friend. It does not get much deeper than this.
