Is like fighting fire with fire, except Tony is cooking at 360 degrees right now and is ready to scorch Cottito. As far as Tony acting ****y, naw, he's always been like that, he is a very confident fighter and that's his mentality. I can't wait for this fight man.

If he's smart he'll come into every round with a different game plan. Cotto learns patterns easily. You can NOT approach Cotto moving the same way over and over. He can beat you to the punch and as we know all of Cotto's punches hurt. Even the ones that don't land.
If Margarito thinks that this will not be his most difficult fight, I think that he is in for a suprise. Cotto has to potential to punish Margarito harder and more frequent than he has ever experienced. Margarito has never faced a fighter with the technical skills, punching power, versatility, and ring generalship that Cotto posseses.

Cotto is a bodypunch and could KO Margarito not with the chin but bodyshot and tiring him out

“This is a very important fight for the welterweight division that’s going to open doors for both of us. I think that both Cotto and myself are aware of the importance of this fight and the opportunities it could lead to. There are big names out there for the winner, like Oscar De La Hoya who has talked about coming back into the welterweight division.”
“I’m not much of a talker, I do my talking in the ring. I’m waiting anxiously for this fight just like everyone else. The crowd and fans will be there in support, but in the ring it is just me and Cotto.”
“I am sure Miguel Cotto will come with a very good strategy, but I will show him that I am a very tough fighter and that it will be very tough for him to be in the ring with me.”
“Mexico and Puerto Rico have a historic and proud rivalry. I remember back to the days of Julio Caesar Chavez vs. Hector Camacho. Those were my favorite fights in the rivalry. My fight with Cotto is for all boxing fans, especially those in Mexico.”
“I have the faith that I will win this fight and come out of it as champion.”
“At this point, Miguel Cotto is the only fight on my mind. I don’t think about Floyd Mayweather, or anything in the future. Now I am only focused on Cotto.”
“Something I learned from the Paul Williams fight was about starting off cold. I know I have to be more aggressive and that is what I am doing from now on.”
“Do not miss this fight, because I’m coming with everything I have. This is a fight not to be missed

You nailed it 110%. but its hard making these people see the light sometimes. I'm giving you rep for that statement.

I was wathcing several of Cotto's fights recently and he has some of the most incredibly orchestrated combinations that I have seen in a while. 4-5-6 punch combinations.
Margarito throws so many punches that all it does is leave him open to get hit. Margarito has never faced a fighter with the ring generalship that Cotto posseses. Cotto can fight forward, backwards, southpaw etc... Margarito just like Cotto is in for the most difficult and punishing fight of his life.
