Yep, Taylor is definitely entertaining against an active opponent. Hell, Hopkins always slows a fight down to a snail's pace if his opponent allows it. It didn't surprise me that the Taylor/Hopkins fights ****** to watch. Hopkins is sort of like Mayweather, in that his ONLY concern is winning at all cost, and couldn't give a **** less whether the fans enjoy watching.

The Taylor/Pavlik fights were a good example of what Taylor is like against an active opponent. I thought both fights were great, and wouldn't mind seeing another. Jermain was highly competetive in both, and I'd still give him a chance to win a 3rd, provided he did more roadwork (I'm talking 8, maybe 10 miles a day) to make sure he doesn't run out of gas again. Oh, and work on slipping that straight right hand.

whoever u thought won, doesnt matter. it was a very very close fight. I thought winky pulled down a close decision, but a draw was the right call IMO
Am I thinking of the Spinks fight then? Which was the fight where Taylor was winning in the center of the ring but got dominated at the ropes (out of Winky or Spinks)? It was one of the two. Had he stayed off the ropes he would have had an easy night of it.

But people just RAVE about the amazingly talentless GIANTS in the heavyweight division. Right?
