Exactly man, this is his way of making sense out of all this. Everybody has to be a hater if they don't agree with him. The dude has written has so many rants I don't even remember how this debate started. The guy needs to take some keyboarding classes and learn how to type like a regular person.

If Mayweather was looking to employ a public spokesperson who represents him on boxingscene, it would definitely not be Horus.

Mayweather knows what he's doing and what he wants. If this was 2 or 3 years ago (when he was coming up) he would have fought Cotto if Cotto was the champion. Things are different now, he's established himself as being the best fighter out there and has proven it over and over. He's not 27 anymore, he knows there's not a lot of time left before his speed and reflexes start slowing down. Right now there's two roads he can take:

1) Fight Cotto to shut everyone up. lol But Mayweather knows boxing, he knows as soon as he beats Cotto, everyone will start throwing other names out there for him to fight. No one is ever satisfied. These names most likely won't bring the kind of money he wants at this late stage of his prime years. Why take that rout when your not going to get the respect you deserve for choosing the fans over money in the first place?

2) Strictly fight the big money making fights. Make as much money as you can while you can. This is the road he's chosen to take. As far as he's concerned, he's already beat the best and has nothing left to prove. It's his choice, we as boxing fans might not like it but he's earned his right to chose how he ends his career. He's put his life and health on the line all these years, doesn't he deserve to finish his career the way he wants? He's still fighting top fighters, legends. If these were bums he was facing, he wouldn't be making more money to fight them then Cotto.

Cotto may still get his chance. Had Cotto knocked Mosley out or even beaten him as convincing as Forest and Wright, he may have rose his stock enough to deserve a shot. Mayweather is making the right choice by making Cotto wait. Since Cotto can't look impressive enough to convince people he can beat Mayweather, Mayweather has to let time go by to build the fight up for him (meaning Cotto). This might only be another year or after Mayweathers next fight, but the extra time it takes, is what's helping hype the fight. The evidence that the time is building up the fight is seen here every day with Cotto's fans going nuts because the fight isn't happening sooner. Give it another year and you will all be willing to pay $79.99 for this one. lol

Mayweather might as well take the "money" rout, just fighting these "average" top contenders in the division will be a total waist of his last years as a great fighter. Well, kind of great. lol
